Four-Year Study of the Impact of the ZAPS ACT Test-Preparation Class on ACT Composite Performance
Melissa Whitman conducted an internal research study on the effectiveness of ZAPS test-preparation using ACT Composite scores before and after participation in the ZAPS seminar. Over a period of four years, she collected data on 89 students who first took the ACT in October or December, then participated in a ZAPS seminar, and then took the ACT again in April or June.
Whitman's data shows an average increase of 1.81 points on the ACT Composite score.
“This change is significant, both statistically and practically.”
